Executive Director & Co-Founder
Former wilderness therapy guide. Started Trailhead in 2017 after a decade leading youth trips across the Rockies.

Director of Programs
Builds the crew and expedition curriculum and trains every volunteer mentor. WFR & AMGA-certified.

Director of Development
Leads fundraising and partnerships. Previously ran major gifts for a regional land trust.

Board Chair
School counselor and Trailhead alum-parent. Chairs the volunteer board of seven community members.

Operations & Gear Manager
Runs the gear room, fleet logistics, and safety systems so no teen is ever turned away for lack of equipment.

A Trailhead alum herself, now coaching the paid teen-fellowship cohort each summer.
Founded in 2017 in Boulder, Colorado. Trailhead Youth Collective is governed
by a volunteer board of directors and audited annually by an independent CPA firm.
